The Kronberg Circle Summit, marking its 10th year, provided a vibrant platform for collaboration in the historic city of Budapest. Mr. Hong was privileged to deliver a keynote presentation titled Introduction to the Notary Public System in Hong Kong SAR. His talk explored the role of Hong Kong’s notarial system in supporting international trade and legal authentication, drawing on his experience to highlight its blend of common law traditions and global standards.
