This is an important statement made by Arthur Hong LLP.

Our firm received inquiries from the public this morning that some people are promoting the provision of legal services to the public in the name of “Zhihe Law Firm” (智合律師事務所). The said organisation’s webpage is designed to be very similar to our firm’s webpage. Further, our firm’s name is used and/or shown on the online search platform in relation to the search of this organisation.

Our firm hereby reminds all persons, related parties, customers and stakeholders as follows:

1. Our firm is and was in no way related to the said organisation, nor we are in any contact of them in the past. No solicitors nor staffs of our firm have ever been authorised to establish any contact with the said organisation. Our firm is a law firm legally established in Hong Kong SAR, People’s Republic of China and has no branches or offices in Singapore or any overseas jurisdiction.

2. Our firm’s website has always been “https://arthurhongllp.com”, and any other websites and/or the contents alleged inside have nothing to do with our firm. Our firm has only one office in Central, Hong Kong SAR and never had any other offices in Hong Kong or any overseas jurisdiction.

3. The address and email stated on the said organisation’s website is and was not related to our firm.

4. If anyone believe that you have been a target/victim of a scam/fraud, please seek assistance from the Hong Kong police and/or local police as soon as possible. Our firm will not make any further comments on this incident.
